Shipping policy

At Bonfire Shades our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live while providing the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders will be processed within 48 hours of being received, unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders in Canada are shipped by Canada Post. After processing and leaving the warehouse, you can expect the following ship times based on the shipping service you select at checkout:

• Local Delivery (Bonfire Shades warehouse + 25 kilometres): within 72 hours
• Shipping: 5-7 days

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been processed, not once the order has been placed.
